Glenn has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation and commercial transactions.

He has appeared before all levels of courts and various tribunals in Alberta and Western Canada, litigating in areas of civil liberties, constitutional rights, professional regulation, commercial disputes, builders’ liens, construction, property rights, oil and gas, injury law, and insolvency.

He has also advised clients on commercial transactions including drafting and negotiating acquisition and joint venture agreements, title opinions, and due diligence.

Glenn was a partner in a mid-sized commercial Calgary law firm before joining a leading Canadian constitutional rights organization in 2022. Glenn returned to private practice in 2026.
